San Francisco 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa, who posted two sacks, eight pressures and 15 tackles in the first two weeks, will not return to Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals after suffering a knee injury in the first quarter at Levi's Stadium.

For the Cardinals to leave the Bay Area with a big win in the division and move to 3-0, they need to play the 49ers as if they're still playing completely healthy. They may be missing some of their best players like George Kittle, but they haven't lost others (more on some of them later).

The Cardinals earned their second win last week nearly blowing a 27-3 lead before ultimately holding on for a 27-22 victory. Arizona failed as a team to gain 300 yards in the game (292) and committed 12 penalties for 96 yards but found a way to win and set up this weekend’s matchup of unbeatens.
