The Los Angeles Chargers have a rare opportunity to start 3-0 overall and in the AFC West when the Denver Broncos visit on Sunday in a late-afternoon Week 3 kickoff.
Kickoff for the AFC West showdown is scheduled for 2:05 p.m. MT (4:05 p.m. ET), and the game will be regionally televised on CBS. In-market fans can stream the Broncos - Chargers game on FuboTV.
NFL RedZone — an around-the-horn live highlight show demonstrating all the action on NFL Sunday — is back for Week 3 of the 2025 season.
The Los Angeles Chargers slipped past the Las Vegas Raiders to reach 2-0 in Week 2 but didn’t escape the NFL league office and fine letters. According to the NFL’s weekly fine updates, Chargers safety Derwin James was issued a hefty $17,389 fine for unnecessary roughness in the second quarter of the win over the Raiders.
James, however, wasn’t the only NFL player fined for a “leg whip” tackle. Dallas Cowboys tight end Brevyn Spann-Ford was fined $5,370 for the same action, while Tampa Bay Buccaneers tackle Charlie Heck was charged $8,722.
It's too early to call the matchup against Los Angeles a must-win, but it's fairly important as week 3 games go.
But Brad Gagnon of Bleacher Report took a look at the current odds of every team making the playoffs and chose to buy or sell those odds. Despite the strong start, he is selling the Chargers.
