Trump says US may go 'guns a-blazing' into Nigeria

Trump has previously claimed that Christians in Nigeria were facing an “existential threat,” and labeled the country a “Country of Particular Concern,” a designation indicating a country’s government has engaged in or tolerated severe repression of religious groups.
"If the Nigerian Government continues to allow the killing of Christians, the U.S.A. will immediately stop all aid and assistance to Nigeria, and may very well go into that now disgraced country, “guns-a-blazing,” to completely wipe out the Islamic Terrorists who are committing these horrible atrocities," he wrote in a post on Truth Social.
Christian persecution in Nigeria has ramped up dramatically as Islamist militants burn villages and kill thousands of believers in targeted attacks across the country.
