Arkansas baseball hit four home runs and received two terrific pitching performances in a run-rule victory over Oklahoma State to kick off the season.

Coach Josh Holliday and the Oklahoma State Cowboys open the 2026 college baseball season Friday against the Arkansas Razorbacks at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas.

Arkansas catcher Ryder Helfrick stole the show on the first night of the College Showdown at Globe Life Field. Helfrick homered in his first and second at-bats of the season and threw out a base runner in between to set the tone for the fifth-ranked Razorbacks’ 12-2 victory over Oklahoma State.
