Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy says California, Washington and New Mexico could lose millions of dollars of federal funding if they continue failing to enforce English language requirements for truckers.

The U.S. Transportation Department said Tuesday it will withhold federal funding from California, Washington state, and New Mexico unless they adopt English proficiency requirements for commercial truck drivers.
