Two Ohio engineering firms announced a merger. On Monday, Columbus-based W.E. Monks & Co. Engineers officially became a part of Tec Inc. Engineering & Design, a firm the Cleveland suburb of Eastlake.
The business moved into one of the office towers at Mercantile Center.
