Markos and Danielle Shaheen are now operating the Canton restaurant located at 204 12th St. NW, taking over from Markos' parents, Mark and Tina. The parents started the restaurant in 1970.

Tekila Mexican Restaurant opens in the space previously occupied by John's Bar & Grill while awaiting liquor license.

Nosh and Grog – meaning food and drink – relocated from Medfield to a larger, brighter space in the Village Shoppes at Cobb Corner in Canton.

The standalone restaurant comes nine years after Kalmus established Ruckus Tacos as a food truck and catering business in Ferndale. Ruckus Tacos had been operating out of The Yard at Corktown.

Popular Canton restaurant Nuevos Amigos Cocina Mexicana is welcoming the warmer weather with a special festival happening this Saturday.
