A police officer has been shot in the leg by a police firearm while trying to detain a man with a machete. The Gloucestershire Constabulary officer was taken to hospital with a non-life-threatening leg injury after the incident in Silverstone Walk, Gloucester, on Wednesday.
Three police officers were killed and two others were seriously injured in a shooting, according to the state police commissioner.
Detectives responded to a shooting Wednesday on Portship Road, off of Holabird Avenue. It is Baltimore County’s second homicide this week.
The shooting happened outside of John Marshall Elementary School at around 12:45 p.m., according to the Anaheim Police Department.
