There are clever and polished alternatives to the phrase "mind your own business" that brilliant people use to professionally deter nosy people from delving into their personal lives.

I’m writing this in response to David Wright’s letter (“There should be no confusion,” Our Readers’ Views, Oct. 17). I agree; there should be no confusion.
