Two explosions in the far-eastern Russian city of Khabarovsk have killed and wounded members of a military unit accused of carrying out war crimes during the Battle of Kyiv in 2022, a source in Ukraine's military intelligence (HUR) has told the Kyiv Independent.

The oil facility is one of Russia’s largest, and is responsible for producing more than 350,000 barrels of crude oil daily. Kyiv says clamping down on Russia’s oil industry, which it says finances the Kremlin’s war,

A large number of security personnel arrived at the scene.
