British police said a 32-year-old British man was on Monday charged with 10 counts of attempted murder over a knife attack on a train on Saturday.

U.K. police said Sunday that two people remain in a life-threatening condition following a mass stabbing on a London-bound train the previous evening. Authorities added that there was "nothing to suggest" the attack was a terrorist incident.

A survivor of the UK train mass stabbing has described how she begged for her life, and the madman attacker told her “the devil’s not going to win.”

National League club Scunthorpe United say their player Jonathan Gjoshe was among 11 people injured by a knife attack on a train bound for London on Saturday evening.
