Another week, another full slate of NFL action nearly in the books, and Week 3 has been chock-full of spicy storylines. Carson Wentz made his debut filling in as the Minnesota Vikings ' quarterback and helped put a historic beatdown on the Joe Burrow-less Cincinnati Bengals.
It certainly was on Sunday, as the team was absolutely obliterated by the Minnesota Vikings, 48-10. Jake Browning had a howler, with a pair of interceptions (one returned for a touchdown), while the Minnesota defense also took one of the three fumbles it recovered in the game to the house.
Vikings Cornerback Isaiah Rodgers forced a Noah Fant fumble and returned it 66 yards for a touchdown. That gave Minnesota a commanding 24-3 lead. The Bengals got the ball back and Ja'Marr Chase fumbled two plays later. The Vikings scored another touchdown to take a 31-3 lead.
